It's been more than 6 months since the Dallas Mavericks were crowned the World Champion basketball team, and on Wednesday night, the team finally got the bling to prove it.
The championship ring contains 250 diamonds and is a whopping 10 karats, according to a spokesperson at Jostens, the company that made the ring. Jason Kidd, Dirk Nowitzki, and Jason Terry helped design the ring.
On the top of the ring, which is made of 14-karat white gold, the edges read "World Champions," with 10 diamonds running along the right and left sides. In the middle of the ring is the Mavericks horse with "31 princess-cut diamonds — one for each year the Dallas Mavericks have been in Dallas and the NBA," according to Jostens.
