While NFL general managers try to uncover hidden draft gems, A.J. Machado is more interested in placing precious gems around the wrists, necks and fingers of those top picks.

"I want to see what they're wearing, and if we did it how my watch worn by [former Gators cornerback and seventh overall pick] Joe Haden looks on TV,'' Machado said about watching the draft unfold.

"And if they're not wearing me, why not? Hey, I'm not jealous, I got 14 first-rounders this year.''

That's a better batting average than draft pundits Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay.
