Finally, the star of Ugly Betty, that popular TV serial and her long time partner, Ryan Piers Williams are engaged and she’s wearing a 4-carat diamond engagement ring as proof. It’s been years since the couple started first seeing each other and America was seen at the Edinburgh Festival where she had come for the movie the Illusionist of Scotland.
America has acted in a number of films but people will remember her the most for her role in Ugly Betty, the girl with the braces, glasses and a heart of gold.
