Planning a wedding can be stressful enough for any bride-to-be.

And when you've only got a matter of weeks before the big day, the organisation can start to take over your life, as Ayda Field appears to be finding out.

Robbie Williams' fiancée looked like she had a million things on her mind as she stopped at a jewellers in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.

Dressed down in a tracksuit and Ugg boots, the bespectacled 30-year-old American actress looked hassled as she arrived at the luxurious XIV Karats in Beverly Hills to shop for some gems.

According to reports, she only has a few weeks to prepare for her nuptials after reports that Robbie, 35, wants to get married on Valentine's Day.

Ayda, 30, also flashed her huge engagement ring that the singer presented to her after he proposed to her just before the New Year.

The diamond-encrusted ring looked a little loose on her finger, suggesting that she had stopped at the jewellers - a favourite among the Hollywood A-listers - for an adjustment.

But, if time really is of the essence, she may have also been hunting for wedding rings for her and her pop star husband-to-be.

Ayda, who has been with Robbie for three years, first flashed her engagement ring over the New Year weekend as she showed up to support her bethrothed as he played in the annual England versus Scotland football match in Los Angeles.
