A major jewellery body is launching a new scheme aimed at manufacturers of items such as gold diamond rings and diamond necklaces.
HRD Antwerp NV is joining forces with Lexus to offer a training programme which will assist those working in diamond cutting and designer, ensuring that the pieces we buy in the shops are just perfect.
The initiative aims to help creators of dazzling diamond-encrusted jewellery learn all about how to tell the difference between different types of the precious gemstone.
Running between June 22nd and 26th, the event will take place in Antwerp and includes several topics, such as the optical properties of diamonds and how to understand the process flow of designing new cuts.
