Hamilton Reveals Love For Jewellery

A major British sports star has declared his love for all things diamond.

Lewis Hamilton told the London Evening Standard that he regularly wears several precious gemstone-encrusted pieces.

He commented that these include a diamond-studded watch which he was presented with after winning the Formula 1 world championship, lovers of diamond bracelets may be interested to hear.

Mr Hamilton added that he used to wear earrings, until the holes closed up after taking them out for races, so now he tends to opt for a ring, a watch and sometimes a bracelet.

He also revealed that he has purchased items such as gold diamond rings for the lady in his life – Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger.

The driver said: "The nicest thing I've bought her was a rose-gold diamond-encrusted ring from Louis Vuitton."

Recently, Hamilton raced at the Monaco Grand Prix wearing a helmet that was emblazoned with diamonds which formed a number one.
