The entertainment industry's top stars turned out in force for the recent MTV Movie Awards, with many opting for glittering accessories.

A wealth of A-listers headed to Los Angeles for the show, which was awash with items such as gold diamond rings and diamond necklaces.

Stephanie Pratt dazzled in a diamond necklace which featured a beautiful swirling design, which she teamed with a feathered black skirt.

Meanwhile, several stars accessorised their gowns with diamond cuff bracelets.

Gold bangles were another top fashion choice and were sported by Paris Hilton and Megan Fox.

Ashley Tisdale also pulled out all the stops on the jewellery front, matching several pieces with a purple, leather outfit.

Last week, diamond drop earrings were among the top fashion trends at the Fifi fragrance awards.

One star opting for this look was Queen Latifah, who appeared at the ceremony in a stunning pair of diamond, flower-shaped earrings.
