Sellers of items such as platinum diamond rings and bracelets can improve their business thanks to an industry scheme, it is claimed.
The Platinum Guild International (PGI) has announced that its online platinum sales training programme has so far proved to be successful.
As part of the initiative participants are given a 30-minute interactive module, titled Platinum First.
Carl Reynolds, vice president for a firm taking part in the scheme, commented that he would "highly recommend" the programme to sellers of items such as platinum diamond rings.
He added: "I can say firsthand from doing PGI's online sales training that it is an incredible and a very user-friendly tool that should be a must for anyone in the fine jewellery trade."
In other industry news, the Israel Diamond Institute Group of Companies has revealed that it will have a presence at the forthcoming JCK Show in Las Vegas.
