A major body in the diamond jewellery sector has announced it will be present at a major forthcoming event.
HRD Antwerp NV will have a presence at the Amberif fair, which is held in Poland between March 11th and 14th.
The show, which takes place in Gdansk, includes a wealth of talks and discussions regarding the industry and products such as gold diamond rings and diamond bracelets.
As part of the event, Veerle van Esbroek, a senior expert for HRD Antwerp, will give a lecture on the evolution of synthetic and treated diamonds.
The discussion will be followed by talks on the body's cut grading process, which may interest retailers selling platinum diamond rings.
HRD Antwerp has put on educational courses and seminars in the country over recent years after agreeing a deal with the Polish Association of Jewellery Experts.
In other industry news, the Diamond Trading Company of Botswana recently launched its first collection of pieces, which formed part of the Southern Africa collection.
