Diamonds Light Up The Globes

Sparkling jewellery lit up the red carpet once again as the stars dazzled at the latest major showbiz event.

The cream of Hollywood made an appearance at the Golden Globes Awards, many of whom opted to maximize their looks with gemstone-encrusted pieces.

Diamond drop earrings were a major fashion statement, with A-listers Beyonce Knowles, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez and Christina Applegate all choosing such accessories.

An array of diamond bracelets were also on show, as actresses Demi Moore, Drew Barrymore, Kate Winslet and Megan Fox picked out these items to enhance their outfits.

There were also a smattering of diamond necklaces, such as those displayed by Christina Applegate, Susan Sarandon, Amy Poehler and Elizabeth Banks.

In related news, last week, stars including Queen Latifah, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway all dazzled in diamonds at the People's Choice Awards, which were held in Los Angeles, with earrings, bangles and rings among the items on show.
