Police in Singapore are on the lookout for a man suspected of stealing goods worth almost $8 million (£5.5 million).
Diamond watches were among the pieces taken from a jewellery outlet, with authorities believing an employee could be behind the heist.
It has been revealed that a 35-year-old worker at the store has had his contract terminated, amid fears the theft was an inside job.
As well as jewellery, cash was also stolen making the value of the theft $7.9 million, with the value of the jewel-encrusted timepieces taken standing at around $5 million, it may interest owners of gold diamond rings to learn.
The incident took place shortly after closing on Christmas Day, with newspaper reports suggesting the employee in question has not returned home since the theft occurred.
