Diamond Jewellery Modelled At Awards Show

Diamonds were seen adorning the wrists, hands, necks and ears of many celebrities at the recent People's Choice Awards in LA.

Actress Reese Witherspoon complemented her simple black dress with some elegant diamond earrings, while Samantha Who? star Christina Applegate also donned an array of diamonds, teaming her Jenny Packham gown with a vintage diamond cuff and diamond earrings from Lorraine Schwartz.

The event's host Queen Latifah also dazzled in amethyst, pink tourmaline, smoky quartz and diamond drop earrings from H Stern.

Winners at the event included Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who took home the gongs for Favourite Leading Man and Favourite Female Action Star respectively.

Both Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson wore diamond jewellery at the premiere of their latest film Bride Wars.

The pair teamed their baubles with bride and groom-style ensembles with Anne donning a black suit and Kate modelling an Oscar de la Renta gown.
