Israeli children were given a welcome escape earlier this week when they were given the chance to view an array of sparkling jewellery.
Around 40 youngsters from bombarded areas of the country were taken to the Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Museum to spend part of the day there.
Events and activities were put on at the facility, which houses items such as gold diamond rings and diamond necklaces.
Sagit, a mother of one of the children, described the jewels on display as "so beautiful".
Meanwhile one of the group's tour guides added the visit came as a welcome break for the school pupils.
He went on to say "There are no sirens, there is no need to take cover and they even learned something about a world that is usually far away from them."
