Sarah Harding has sparked rumours she is set to marry after being seen wearing an engagement band, according to reports.

In news which may interest owners of gold diamond rings, the Girls Aloud star was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger as the group attended the Music Industry Trusts' Awards.

The 29-year-old singer, who is dating DJ Tom Crane, was photographed wearing the item at the event on Monday.

Ms Harding, whose band released their new album on Monday, recently revealed in the Girls Aloud Dreams that Glitter autobiography she has learnt from her previous relationships and is keen to marry her beau.

The star admitted: "I'm hoping to settle down with Tommy and have marriage and kids and all that."
