Actress Jenna Dewan has been seen wearing a platinum diamond ring, according to reports.

The Step Up star has expressed her happiness at receiving the ring as an engagement band from boyfriend Channing Tatum, who she met on the set of the smash hit dance movie, reports People magazine.

In news which may interest owners of platinum diamond rings, the 27-year-old was seen wearing the item at a party in West Hollywood earlier this month.

The actress, who has also starred in films such as The Grudge 2 and The Jerk Theory, told the publication she is not getting carried away with wedding plans just yet.

She added: "I need to enjoy being engaged. With our schedules, it's so hard."

Her beau, Mr Tatum, has appeared in movies such as She's The Man and Coach Carter.

Recently, tennis ace Roger Federer was seen shopping for gold diamond rings while on a trip to Dubai, reported Gulf News.
