Stars Sparkle In Diamond Drop Earrings

Several Hollywood stars have been seen at a charity event wearing diamond jewellery, according to a source.

Diamond drop earrings were the main fashion statement made by the A-listers attending Richard Branson's Rock the Casbah fundraiser, reports the Jewelry Insider blog.

Charlize Theron, star of movies such as Monster and In the Valley of Elah, reportedly stole the show by wearing diamond drop earrings and an off-the-shoulder dress.

Other celebrities covering themselves with glittering gems for the event included actress Neve Campbell, who also wore sparkling earrings.

Salma Hayek, who has appeared in films such as Traffic and Across the Universe, turned up for the star-studded charity bash in "vintage diamond clusters", the news provider adds.

Earlier this month, the website reported several well-known faces, such as Nicole Richie and Pink, have been seen wearing jewel-encrusted headbands on the red carpet, possibly due to Sarah Jessica Parker doing so in the recent Sex and the City movie.
