Rose McGowan Given Diamond Ring

Actress Rose McGowan has been given a diamond ring, according to a source.

In news which may interest owners of gold diamond rings, the star of TV series Charmed received the item as an engagement band from boyfriend Robert Rodriguez, the Samara James blog reports.

The 35-year-old actress and her film director beau are set to marry, although a date has not yet been made public to the media.

According to the National Ledger, an onlooker at a recent appearance by Ms McGowan claimed the star was wearing "a huge sparkler engagement ring".

Ms McGowan has appeared in movies such as The Black Dahlia, Devil in the Flesh and the Grindhouse double feature which was part directed by Mr Rodriguez.

Earlier this week, an American casino offered jewel-encrusted items in one of its drinks, reports the Jewelry Insider.

Platinum diamond rings were used as decoration for beverages at the opening of the Casino of the Wind, the news provider adds.
