A diamond brooch once worn by Sir Elton John is set to be sold at auction.
The diamond clip brooch is expected to sell for around £12,000 when it goes up for sale this week.
Sir Elton wore the J-shaped item in his 1988 music video I Don't Wanna Go On With You Like That.
The brooch will be sold alongside other pieces of jewellery, including an 11-carat emerald-cut diamond ring.
Jean Ghika, UK director for jewellery for Bonhams, claims: "Diamonds have an enduring appeal. They provide timeless elegance in a fast-moving fashion arena and in many instances maintain their worth."
The 1930s brooch contains diamonds and sapphires, which may be of interest to owners of items such as diamond pendants and diamond bracelets.
Earlier this week, it was revealed an auction of jewellery owned by world-famous rap stars, including a diamond ring owned by Tupac Shakur, has been put back due to demand.
