Swank Dons Diamond Necklace For Trump Celebration

Hilary Swank wore a diamond necklace to a recent party thrown by Donald Trump to celebrate the opening of the new Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai.

Jewellery Insider reports that Swank, star of films including Boys Don't Cry and Million Dollar Baby, "dazzled with a gorgeous Y-neck diamond stunner".

The blog added that the actress's short haircut offset her shining gemstones perfectly.

Other stars who brought their rocks out for the event included Heroes' Hayden Panettierre, who wore gold earrings with a leopard print mini.

Meanwhile, Kate Walsh of Private Practice donned a pair of vintage diamond drop earrings for the party.

"When money talks, people listen. And when money throws a party – you take off the diamond studs and your 'tasteful' little gold pendants and bring out the big guns," the blog stated.

Among Swank's latest films is family comedy-drama Birds of America, which premiered at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival and also stars Matthew Perry of Friends.
