Diamond Ring Proposal For CSI: Miami Star

Eva LaRue, star of CSI: Miami, recently got engaged and she has a four-carat diamond ring to prove it.

La Rue plans to wed fiance Joe Cappuccio, who owns a fishing company, next year, reports OK Magazine.

Romantic types planning to surprise their partner with a gold diamond ring or asscher cut diamond ring may be inspired by Cappuccio's proposal, which took place at Victoria Falls in Africa.

The bride-to-be told the publication the couple went on a half-day elephant back safari one morning, followed by a helicopter ride over the falls later that day.

"And then we landed and walked down to the falls and there was this rainbow coming up from the bottom of the falls where we were standing - and he proposed right there. He got down on one knee with a four carat diamond ring," she added.

In related celebrity wedding news, Formula One boss Flavio Briatore recently married Elisabetta Gregoraci, who wore a gold diamond ring at the ceremony.
