Newlywed Coleen McLoughlin turned up at Kylie's recent MEN Arena show in style, a new report observes.

According to the Daily Mail, the celebrity - who recently married footballer Wayne Rooney - almost upstaged the pint-sized pop star with her sparkling marquise cut diamond ring.

The TV presenter was back from her honeymoon in Las Vegas with Rooney, who she wed in Italy last month.

She paired her marquise cut diamond ring with a ruffled, off-the-shoulder top that the news source said epitomised this season's trends.

"If she was trying to upstage Kylie - it wasn't a bad stab," the newspaper commented.

To celebrate their wedding, the footballer and his childhood sweetheart acquired matching platinum diamond rings.

A marquise cut diamond was added to the bride's accessory, reports suggested.

McLoughlin was recently seen in ITV show Coleen's Real Women, the professed challenge of which was to place women who conflicted with model-like ideals in high-profile advertising campaigns.
