Thieves steal Stevens' engagement ring

Published : 10/06/09 Rachel Stevens has had her diamond engagement ring stolen after being mugged on her doorstep. Ms Stevens was forced to hand over the glittering item yesterday (June 9th) as she left her London home. The signer was also ordered to give the three muggers other items, which are thought to include a Rolex watch and a necklace, it may interest lovers of gold diamond rings to learn. A Scotland Yard representative commented: "The suspects are understood to have threatened her before making off with a quantity of jewellery." They added it is believed that the singer was followed by the thieves to her home. Ms Stevens is said to be shaken after the ordeal, but other than that her publicist revealed that she is OK. In other news involving gold and platinum diamond rings, earlier this week actress Lindsay Lohan was seen wearing what is reported to be an engagement band.
