Cameron Diaz wears diamond ring

Cameron Diaz has sparked rumours she is set to marry after being seen wearing a diamond ring.

In news which may interest owners of brilliant-cut diamond rings, the actress was seen at the AFI Night at the Movies event wearing a band on her engagement finger, according to Osoblog.tv.

The appearance comes soon after boyfriend Paul Sculfor told New magazine the Charlie's Angels and There's Something About Mary star is not planning a wedding.

He said: "We are having fun. She had openly said she does not want marriage, so we're coasting."

But last month, Now magazine claimed the 35-year-old actress could be set to marry the model, after it was claimed a shopper overheard Ms Diaz talking about plans in a changing room.

Elsewhere, Jessica Simpson is also in the middle of marriage speculation, after being seen shopping for gold diamond rings with boyfriend Tony Romo, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
