Beyonce seen in diamond ring

Beyonce Knowles cannot stand to be away from her diamond ring, according to reports.

The Destiny's Child star was seen wearing the engagement band in Miami as she took a dip in the swimming pool, reports the Daily Mail.

In news which may interest owners of gold diamond rings, the singer received the 16-carat item from partner Jay-Z.

Mohammed Cimark, of Precious Gems and Jewels, comments to the newspaper the stone is "an exceptional diamond".

He adds: "I would need to look at this through the magnifying glass to know if it was flawless - but it would be quite rare, especially with a diamond this size."

The 27-year-old songstress wore the £2.5 million gold diamond ring while in Miami on holiday.

Last week, Jessica Simpson was spotted shopping for gold diamond rings while on a trip to Dallas with boyfriend Tony Romo, sparking rumours the pair are set to marry.
