Lindsay Lohan has been given a diamond ring by her partner, according to reports.
In news which may interest owners of gold diamond rings, the Mean Girls star is said to have received a £50,000 diamond engagement band from Samantha Ronson.
The pair have been at the centre of numerous reports over their relationship in recent weeks, after Ms Lohan was seen wearing a diamond ring.
However, it is now emerging Ms Ronson proposed to the 22-year-old star during a dinner at Cabo San Lucas.
A source told MTV: "It was a gorgeous ring with a big diamond. Sam asked her if she would marry her and the waiter popped a champagne cork as Lindsay accepted."
Earlier this week, Ms Lohan was seen wearing a pendant necklace at the premiere for Madonna's new film, reports the Jewelry Insider.
Other stars spotted at the event in items such as diamond necklaces and diamond stud earrings include Elizabeth Banks and Shoshanna Loenstein, the news source adds.
