Miley Cyrus wears diamond bracelets to award show

Young star Miley Cyrus has been spotted wearing diamond bracelets and cuff-links, it has been reported.

The Hannah Montana actress wore diamond bracelets while at the MTV Video Music Award show.

An 18 carat white gold nine-row diamond bracelet with 9.23ct of diamonds, worth $14,675 (£7,978) was worn by the 15-year-old, who has featured in movies such as Big Fish, High School Musical 2 and Bolt.

The American has also released two studio albums and made two music videos.

Ms Cyrus, daughter of music star Billy Ray, was nominated for an award at the ceremony and also introduced songstress Pink, who has herself been spotted in diamond jewellery in recent weeks.

The 29-year-old wore diamonds to the value of around $500,000 to the MTV awards show.

Pieces such as platinum and diamond bangles and bracelets were worn by the singer, while the likes of Rihanna and Jordin Sparks also appeared in sparkling gem encrusted jewellery.
