A gold diamond bracelet has been created by Greek designer Ileana Makri as part of a new charitable campaign for children in Africa.
The 18 carat gold and brown leather bracelet is set with pave diamonds and is available as part of a project for OrphanAID launched by Margherita Missoni, heir to the Missoni fashion fortune, reports Elle magazine.
Missoni commissioned people from the fields of music, fashion and beyond to design products to benefit the charity, which works to help orphaned and abandoned children.
Among the prominent figures who have signed up to the campaign are stylist Rachel Zoe, famous for crafting the looks sported by Lindsey Lohan and Nicole Richie, and hip hop entrepreneur Damon Dash, co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records.
Fashion house Missoni was founded by Margherita Missoni's grandparents. The heiress has starred in campaigns for the firm, as well as acting as its ambassador in the past.
