Diamond ring for engaged Electra

Actress, singer and model Carmen Electra is flashing a tasty piece of diamond jewellery on the third finger of her left hand.

The celebrity has just announced the source of the diamond ring is Korn guitarist Rob Patterson, to whom Electra is now engaged.

The 36-year-old former Baywatch star was presented with the engagement gift during her birthday party celebrations and the jewellery design features a black diamond set amid white diamonds.

Electra, born Tara Leigh Patrick, has previously been married twice, to Jane's Addiction and Red Hot Chilli Peppers guitarist Dave Navarro and former basketball pro Dennis Rodman.

As well as his work with Korn, Patterson has released a solo album.

A posting to a blog claiming to be Patterson's read: "My only comment, for now is…It is true…we are engaged.

"I am for sure the luckiest man in the world. Peace and love, Rob."
